Disease Prevention and Treatment: Flu Vaccination Drive
Disease Prevention and Treatment: Flu Vaccination Drive
In line with Rotary’s area of focus on Disease Prevention and Treatment, the Rotary Club of Guiguinto Centerpoint successfully conducted a Flu Vaccination Drive on July 17, 2025, around noontime, at Holy Angels Academy of St. Rita, Sta. Rita, Guiguinto, Bulacan.
This health initiative was implemented in partnership with the Rotary Club of Guiguinto Suburbs, and in collaboration with BJMPRO-III and HAOSRAI.
The program provided free flu vaccinations to adults and persons with disabilities (PWDs), aiming to strengthen immunity and prevent the spread of influenza within the community. Influenza remains a recurring public health concern, and proactive vaccination efforts are vital in minimizing its impact.
This initiative underscores Rotary’s unwavering commitment to enhancing access to preventive healthcare and protecting the well-being of every individual.
We extend our sincere gratitude to all partners, volunteers, and participants who contributed to the success of this meaningful project.
🩸 GIVE BLOOD, SAVE LIVES! 🩸
The Rotary Club of Guiguinto Centerpoint, in partnership with the Philippine Red Cross, Bulacan Association of Technical Vocational Schools, and Philippine TVET Elite Eagles Club, successfully conducted a Blood Donation Drive on February 23, 2026, 9:00 AM at Merryland Integrated Farm and Training Center, Taal, Pulilan, Bulacan.
We are proud to share that a total of 61 bags of blood were successfully collected — each bag representing hope, healing, and another chance at life for patients in need. Donors also benefited from free health screening services including blood pressure check, blood typing, and hemoglobin testing, making the activity both life-saving and health-promoting.
Our heartfelt gratitude goes to all generous donors, partners, volunteers, and supporters who made this humanitarian effort possible. Special thanks to Sir Alex Loquinario of Philippine Spring Water Resources Inc for the bottled water support provided to our donors and volunteers.
Your compassion and willingness to help truly embody the Rotary spirit of Service Above Self. Together, we create impact. Together, we save lives.
We stand in solidarity with the families whose lives have been devastated by Typhoon Crising. In their time of desperate need, our Rotary Club of Guiguinto Centerpoint, headed by President Rosemarie S. Guirre, along with the Rotary Clubs of District 3770, has come together to offer a glimmer of hope through the packing and distribution of relief goods—hoping to ease their burden, even just for a moment.
At Holy Angels of St. Rita's Academy, Inc., we worked tirelessly to prepare relief supplies for the victims in Maunlad, Sta. Cruz, and Guiguinto, Bulacan. Every act of service, no matter how small, brings a ray of light to those who are struggling.
We are deeply grateful to everyone who stepped forward, whether through donations or kind support. A special thank you to Holy Angels of St. Rita’s Academy for generously providing the venue for our efforts. Your kindness made this act of bayanihan possible.
These relief goods were distributed by our Rotary Club of Guiguinto Centerpoint and the Rotary Clubs of Zone 11, working together in unity to bring comfort to those in need. In the true spirit of Service Above Self, we continue to serve and support those who need it most.
