Empanadas for Empowerment: Building Brighter Futures 

A Community Economic Development Initiative

Empowerment begins with opportunity — and today, the Rotary Clubs of Area 11, District 3770 Zone 2 came together to make it happen through the Empanadas for Empowerment livelihood project held at Northville Basketball Court, Malis, Guiguinto, Bulacan on October 11, 2025.

This initiative aims to equip local residents with practical livelihood skills through hands-on empanada-making training, guided by Ms. Angelita “Angie” Mungcal, our dedicated trainer.
